Gift Cards
The following terms apply to Brewhouse & Kitchen gift cards:
- A gift card is not valid until it has been activated at the time of purchase
- Gift cards may be topped up in venue or online
- Gift cards are redeemable against food and drink purchases at participating Brewhouse & Kitchen venues across the United Kingdom
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash; no change will be given, but any remaining balance can be applied to future purchases
- Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase; any remaining balance will be forfeited upon expiry
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your statutory legal rights
- Please treat your gift card as cash — it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged

Right to Suspend or Terminate Access
We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website immediately and without notice if we consider that you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Termination shall not affect any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
